Responsibilities
- Own the success of our most strategic customer deployments, from initial planning through organization-wide rollout.
- Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders, executives, and technical teams at some of the world's most sophisticated companies.
- Create the playbooks, processes, and operating model for how Cursor scales enterprise deployments.
- Strong customer-facing skills and a track record of building trust with senior technical and business leaders.
- The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering.
- You'll partner closely with customer engineering teams and internal stakeholders to drive complex deployments across engineering, security, IT, and executive stakeholders.
- You'll build the playbooks, processes, and operating rhythms that allow us to support increasingly large and complex customer deployments.
Requirements
- Experience with enterprise software deployments, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or program management.
