About the role

This role is critical to keeping recruiting operations running smoothly-owning scheduling, coordination, systems accuracy, and communication across multiple stakeholders.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Greenville, NC.
Team members are expected to work from the office Monday through Friday (5 days per week).

Manage complex scheduling, rescheduling, and last-minute changes with professionalism and urgency.
Deliver a high-quality, white-glove candidate experience from first contact through offer.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support offer letter generation, approvals, and background check initiation as needed.

1-3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or a similar operations-focused role.

Experience supporting fast-paced or high-growth organizations.
Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
Experience coordinating across multiple teams or time zones.
Interest in growing into recruiting, talent operations, or HR roles.
