You make decisions with data, use AI to do more with less, and can run any search across function or level without much hand-holding.
Run end-to-end searches across every function and level, including our hardest engineering, product, and executive roles.
Use AI to automate sourcing, outreach, screening, and scheduling so we move faster without losing quality.

Together with IKEA, we're creating more opportunities for people to earn a consistent, meaningful income on their own terms by building lasting relationships with clients in communities around the world.
Partner with senior leaders to build hiring plans, calibrate roles, and shape offers.
Build diverse pipelines of senior technical talent, with a strong focus on passive candidates in the Bay Area.

The base pay range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000.
