About the role
- The VP of Operations is the execution engine of Emailable.
- Your job is to make the business run smoothly, predictably, and without the founder being pulled into every fire.
- This is a hands-on operator role, not a corporate strategy job.
Responsibilities
- Just smart people working together to build something meaningful.
- You will own the day-to-day operational machine across support, engineering coordination, quality, compliance, and internal systems.
- You will build processes, fix broken ones, create operational clarity, and raise the standard of execution across the company.
- Support & Customer Operations Maintain best-in-class support SLAs Oversee ticket management, escalation paths, QA of responses Identify patterns in support and feed them into product/engineering 3.
- Compliance & Reliability Manage SOC2 initiatives, audits, and ongoing compliance Oversee GDPR processes (DSARs, deletion workflows, DPIAs) Tighten privacy ops, logging, and risk mitigation 5.
- Cross-Functional Alignment Create company-wide visibility into priorities Ensure everyone is working on what matters most Build operational clarity, documentation, and SOPs 6.

Compensation
- $50k-$100k
