Responsibilities

  • This seasoned professional will convert demand plans into supply plans, build and refine forecasting models, and generate supply, distribution, and material requirement plans that scale with the business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics, with a Bachelor's degree
  • or 3+ years with a Master's degree
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience working with supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, ArrowStream, CrunchTime, or similar).
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and influence cross-functional decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with demand forecasting and inventory optimization tools.
  • Familiarity with big data platforms and cloud-based analytics solutions.
  • Supply Chain certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
  • Knowledge of the food service industry and perishable goods supply chain.

Compensation

  • Starting salary range based on experience
  • $77,916 - $111,309 USD
