Responsibilities

This seasoned professional will convert demand plans into supply plans, build and refine forecasting models, and generate supply, distribution, and material requirement plans that scale with the business.

Requirements

5+ years of progressive experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics, with a Bachelor's degree
or 3+ years with a Master's degree
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience working with supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, ArrowStream, CrunchTime, or similar).
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and influence cross-functional decisions.

Nice to have

Experience with demand forecasting and inventory optimization tools.
Familiarity with big data platforms and cloud-based analytics solutions.
Supply Chain certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
Knowledge of the food service industry and perishable goods supply chain.

Compensation

Starting salary range based on experience
$77,916 - $111,309 USD
