Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation, review, administration, and maintenance of contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, NDAs, teaming agreements, and other contractual documents.
  • Support government contract administration activities including modifications, closeouts, purchasing compliance, and subcontract administration.
  • Support proposal and capture efforts by assisting with contractual data calls, proposal reviews, and contractual volume preparation.
  • Support quality management and compliance initiatives, including internal and external audits.
  • Maintain awareness of FAR, DFARS, and other regulatory updates that may impact company operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Organize and maintain contract files and records in accordance with company procedures and audit requirements.
  • Signalink is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Contracts Administrator to support a growing portfolio of Department of Defense and aerospace programs.
  • This role will support the administration of contracts, subcontracts, and proposal activities across multiple projects while ensuring compliance with company procedures and applicable federal regulations.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of applicable experience supporting government contracts administration in a DoD contractor environment.
  • Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and general government contracting principles.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Unanet or similar GovCon ERP/accounting systems.
  • Familiarity with DCAA-compliant business practices and purchasing procedures.
  • NCMA certification or coursework is a plus.
  • Experience working in a small business environment preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Contracts/Acquisition Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
