Requirements
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to actively communicate with Production Coordinator and/or Production Supervisor.
Nice to have
- 1 year of demonstrated experience in a manufacturing production team environment or general leadership role
- Ability to define and analyze problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions is required
- Must be able to work alone with minimal supervision or direction
- Ability to seek guidance with superior when necessary.
Skills
- Ability to read, write and compute basic math.
- Ability to take direction.
- Self-motivated, flexible and cooperative.
- Excellent hand and eye coordination.
- Demonstrated decision making skills and effective problem solving abilities.
- Knowledge of correct machine set-up and operation to meet quality and efficiency standards
- Ability to read and interpret a variety of customized blue prints.
Compensation
- The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
- Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
- $22.75 - $33.00 Hourly
