About the role

  • This is a critical role within our HRIS team, focusing on the core areas of US Payroll, absence, and time tracking within the Workday platform.
  • Day-to-day, you might be configuring new Workday modules, troubleshooting complex payroll issues, or driving process improvements for absence management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Workday configurations and processes for US Payroll, absence, and time tracking.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and resolve complex HRIS issues.
  • Lead or actively participate in HRIS projects, from system enhancements to new module implementations and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HRIS, with a strong focus on Workday.
  • Deep functional expertise in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.

Compensation
