Responsibilities

  • Production & Market Growth · Drive mortgage loan origination volume to meet or exceed regional and corporate goals. · Identify and execute market expansion opportunities within assigned states. · Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform strategy. · Support Branch Managers in developing local business plans and referral‑partner relationships.
