About the role
- We are looking for a rockstar Receptionist / Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team at our Miami clinics!
- You are efficient, organized, collaborative and an excellent communicator.
Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative work, including: scheduling of appointments, coordinating follow ups and sending reminders, preparing exam rooms, and taking/recording of payments
- Liaise with our partners (including suppliers, laboratory services, technology providers) to support seamless day-to-day operations of the clinic
Requirements
- Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, stay organized and work well in a fast paced environment
