About the role
- This is a jointly structured, full-time position with independent employment at Northcentral Technical College (NTC) and Bridge Community Health Clinic (BCHC).
- In the role of Community Practitioner at BCHC, this position provides dental therapy services for BCHC consistent with WI Dentistry Examining Board s.
- 447.06 (3) (b), and under the direct, indirect, or general supervision of a qualifying dentist with whom the dental therapist has entered into a collaborative management agreement.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate student performance using clearly communicated criteria and provide timely feedback and academic support.
- Post and maintain office hours for student assistance.
- Develop evaluation criteria, assessments, and instructional resources that meet CODA standards and reflect current evidence-based practice.
Requirements
- Wisconsin license required within one year of hire for NTC duties
- No experience required.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- BCHC: Initial and on-going credentialing and privileging per the guidelines set forth by Human Resources Services Administration (HRSA)
- BCHC: Initial and on-going payor enrollment (credentialing)
