About the role

  • This is a jointly structured, full-time position with independent employment at Northcentral Technical College (NTC) and Bridge Community Health Clinic (BCHC).
  • In the role of Community Practitioner at BCHC, this position provides dental therapy services for BCHC consistent with WI Dentistry Examining Board s.
  • 447.06 (3) (b), and under the direct, indirect, or general supervision of a qualifying dentist with whom the dental therapist has entered into a collaborative management agreement.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate student performance using clearly communicated criteria and provide timely feedback and academic support.
  • Post and maintain office hours for student assistance.
  • Develop evaluation criteria, assessments, and instructional resources that meet CODA standards and reflect current evidence-based practice.

Requirements

  • Wisconsin license required within one year of hire for NTC duties
  • No experience required.
