About the role

  • Launched in 2022, we take the tech debt out of marketplace sales by providing an API-first approach to quote-to-cash, billing, and revenue workflows.
  • Our AI systems operate at the core of customer revenue operations, requiring strong foundations in distributed systems, data integrity, and cloud-scale reliability.
  • This role is ideal for a PM who is excited about complex systems, enjoys working close to the metal, and wants to shape how AI is applied to real-world enterprise operations.

Responsibilities

  • We're now expanding our platform with AI-powered agents and infrastructure that automate and optimize complex enterprise workflows across pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance.
  • We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for critical parts of Suger's platform, with a focus on AI-driven automation.
  • You will work closely with engineering, design, GTM, and customers to build products that are both technically deep and commercially impactful.
  • In this role, you will Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows and continuously iterate on the user experience.

Compensation

  • $130,000 - 180,000 CAD Competitive compensation and equity plan.
