- This position will be responsible for assisting with the process of loan administration for commercial real estate, where SitusAMC is overseeing a borrowing program for our institutional pension fund clients.
- The candidate will need experienced with financial reports and to be very proficient in excel, and assist with creating efficient models.
Requirements
- Mid-level professional with 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent.
- Prior financial experience or applicable experience of 1+ years
- Ability to meet deadlines, self-motivated, and execute at a high level
- At any time, employees may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization and participate in additional trainings.
Skills
- Assist with the borrowing program
- Produce on time deliveries
- Communication/coordinate with clients and co-workers
- Review borrowing requests, outgoing and incoming payments
- Resolve non-compliant issues through verbal and written communication
- Other activities as may be assigned by your manager
