About the role

  • This position will be responsible for assisting with the process of loan administration for commercial real estate, where SitusAMC is overseeing a borrowing program for our institutional pension fund clients.
  • The candidate will need experienced with financial reports and to be very proficient in excel, and assist with creating efficient models.

Requirements

  • Mid-level professional with 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent.
  • Prior financial experience or applicable experience of 1+ years
  • Ability to meet deadlines, self-motivated, and execute at a high level
  • At any time, employees may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization and participate in additional trainings.

  • Develop monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and other deliverables
