About the role
- Minted is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and collaborative Merchandising Assistant to join our growing Wholesale team.
- Reporting directly to the Senior Merchandising Manager, this individual will play an indispensable, foundational role in executing our product strategy.

Responsibilities
- Organize physical samples and help build presentation decks to ensure the team is fully prepared for critical milestone meetings and wholesale partner pitches
- Execute precise item setup and maintain product data sheets across wholesale retail accounts.
- Assist with the organization, tracking, and auditing of partner compliance documentation
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Merchandising teams to assist with seasonal project preparation across key wholesale programs
- A self-starter who can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality results and meet changing deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects
- Personally inspired by art, design, and Minted's unique crowd-curation marketplace model
- Minted uses technology and innovative practices to bring unique, best-selling design to market at scale.
- Using its crowdsourcing technology, consumers are empowered to vote for the designs they love and want to see sold, ensuring that Minted always sells continuously fresh and trend-forward product.
- The winning designs are manufactured by Minted, enabling artists from around the world to share and sell their work while letting Minted do the rest.

Compensation
- The compensation range for the role applies to employment offers from Minted.
- Our employment offers fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range to allow for continued salary growth during your employment at Minted.
- Minted utilizes a market-based compensation model with four geographic tiers.
