About the role

  • Responsible for maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Inspect supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.
  • Arrange for equipment purchases or repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships to maintain client satisfaction and account retention.
  • This role helps maintain strong client and resident relationships by ensuring consistent communication, responsiveness, and a high standard of service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's of Science in Dietetics, Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Diet Technician (DTR)
  • 2 years of food service experience.
  • Some knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
  • Communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate with management, client, customer and associate levels.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
  • Strong background in culinary arts
  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
  • Financial, budgetary, accounting and computational skills.

Nice to have

  • ServSafe Certification is preferred.

Compensation

  • $65,000-$70,000/yr
  • Pay Frequency: Weekly - Direct Deposit
