Responsibilities

  • Administer curriculum updates and manage class scheduling
  • Manage office needs, including reception, office hours schedules, etc.
  • This position handles a variety of department functions, including overseeing student employees, managing our graduate and undergraduate programs (curriculum and class scheduling), academic advisement, office management, and providing general administrative support.

  • Microsoft Office (advanced knowledge of Word and Excel, strong skills with PowerPoint)
  • 1-2 years experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in field related to job responsibilities and management experience
  • Learn quickly and can pick up on new programs/processes easily
  • Knowledge of BYU campus and its entities
  • Background in editing and writing (most specialized need)

Compensation

  • Coordinate annual graduate student events including Graduate Orientation, Graduate Retreat, 3MT Competition, and Graduate Presentations
  • $47,500.00 to $61,500.00 annually
