Responsibilities
- Administer curriculum updates and manage class scheduling
- Manage office needs, including reception, office hours schedules, etc.
- This position handles a variety of department functions, including overseeing student employees, managing our graduate and undergraduate programs (curriculum and class scheduling), academic advisement, office management, and providing general administrative support.

- Microsoft Office (advanced knowledge of Word and Excel, strong skills with PowerPoint)
- 1-2 years experience
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in field related to job responsibilities and management experience
- Learn quickly and can pick up on new programs/processes easily
- Knowledge of BYU campus and its entities
- Background in editing and writing (most specialized need)
Compensation
- Coordinate annual graduate student events including Graduate Orientation, Graduate Retreat, 3MT Competition, and Graduate Presentations
- $47,500.00 to $61,500.00 annually
