About the role
- The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare technology and excited to solve complex referral and intake challenges facing post‑acute providers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to create the solution roadmap across the domain of responsibility in support of organizational goals and strategies.
- Translate complex client requests and market feedback into a design and requirements across a functional domain with dependencies on other domains.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- You'll partner closely with engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams to deliver capabilities that simplify referral workflows, improve visibility across the organization, and drive meaningful outcomes for clients.
Requirements
- At least 8-12 years relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Nice to have
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Solution Management or Product Ownership.
