Class A or B CDL Required
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Must possess a valid Virginia driver's license with at least 3 years of clean driving.
Must have demonstrated training and/or experience to perform essential job functions in maintenance of roadway activities.
Must have a construction background/ experience.
Heavy labor experience a plus.
Must be available to work night shift from 7 PM to 5 AM.

DCS Asset Maintenance is looking for a Highway Maintenance Technician/Guardrail Installer to perform various highway maintenance tasks and other related duties under close supervision.
We are seeking a qualified individual who is eager to train in routine highway/roadway maintenance while adhering to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Examples of responsibilities include, but are not limited to, repairing cable guardrails and guardrails, clearing drainage systems, removing downed trees, patching damaged or eroded pavements and shoulders, assisting with storm cleanup, repairing fences and signs, removing litter and debris, and responding to emergencies.
