Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and QA on test design, targeting logic, audience segmentation, and implementation to ensure technical soundness before anything ships.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, personalization, or digital experimentation, with the majority of that time spent hands-on in Adobe Target.
  • Deep, current knowledge of the Adobe Target ecosystem, including recent platform updates, AI/ML-based personalization features, and its role within the broader Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, AEP).
  • Proven ability to advise and influence senior, technical, and/or opinionated stakeholders - comfortable defending a recommendation under scrutiny.
  • Strong understanding of test design fundamentals: statistical significance, sample size/power, segmentation strategy, and common implementation pitfalls.

Nice to have

  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills
  • able to flex between technical depth and business-level narrative.
  • Experience working in a client services, consulting, or agency environment is a strong plus given the client-facing nature of this role.
  • Adobe Target certification(s) or equivalent demonstrated platform mastery.
  • Experience integrating Adobe Target with tag management systems (Adobe Launch/Tags), analytics platforms, and CDPs.
  • Background across multiple industries (retail, travel/hospitality, pharma, tech) to bring outside-in perspective.
  • Prior experience specifically advising or leading teams supporting large, matrixed, or technically sophisticated enterprise clients.
  • The technical stakeholders see this person as a trusted authority - someone whose recommendations they act on because of demonstrated expertise, not just seniority.
