Requirements
- Basic computer skills and ability to use security-related software
- An ideal candidate will have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and must give evidence of both.
- They will have to demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills as well as a strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to life safety and assets.
- Complete required safety, compliance, and skills-based training
Nice to have
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
- Completion of SLED Basics and Fire Extinguisher Training
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain alert in a dynamic environment
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly during emergencies
Compensation
- Ability to complete and maintain annual SLED certification
