About the role
- Deployment Strategists are the tip of the spear at Pryzm: the people who sit at the intersection of software, strategy, and mission.
- This is not a traditional implementation role.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy tailored workflows and analytical tools using the Pryzm platform to solve real operational problems
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with end users, program managers, and senior leaders at customer organizations
- Partner with Pryzm's engineering teams to communicate what's working, what's missing, and what matters most
- Drive adoption and capability expansion within existing accounts, identifying new use cases and stakeholders
- Develop training materials, playbooks, and documentation that scale your impact beyond direct engagement
- Support business development by participating in demos, capability briefings, and proposal efforts
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with operators and decision-makers in government or national security environments
- US Person required
- Located in or willing to relocate to New York, Washington DC, or Boston. This is a fully on-site position.
- Veterans and those with military or intelligence community backgrounds strongly encouraged to apply
- Willingness for regular customer travel
