- Requirements Must operate as an independent 1099 contractor Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided) Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience preferred Must own plumbing tools and reliable transportation (truck, van, or SUV) Must complete a brief onboarding and portal walkthrough prior to receiving assignments Comfortable using an online portal system for updates, photos, and communication Valid driver's license required Must currently reside and work within the United States Disqualifiers No active insurance coverage Inability to complete onboarding requirements Lack of communication or unreliable transportation No trade tools available for service work Key Responsibilities Respond to residential plumbing service requests in assigned areas Troubleshoot and complete repairs efficiently and professionally Submit estimates for larger repairs or replacement projects when needed Maintain communication and job progress updates through the mobile portal Complete work orders according to company and client expectations Materials for approved work orders are provided by Superior Contracting & Maintenance What We Offer Full-time and part-time opportunities available Fast payment processing after completion approval Flexible schedule and self-managed workload Ongoing residential service opportunities Larger replacement projects and changeouts available for qualified contractors Compensation Average daily earnings typically range between $400-$500 depending on workload and job type Larger plumbing projects and replacements may pay significantly more If you are dependable, experienced, and interested in ongoing plumbing opportunities, we encourage you to apply.
