About the role
- Malbon is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while keeping multiple projects moving simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Managers, Operations, and Finance to align inventory availability with shipping timelines
- Manage sales agency information is accurate for seasonal access to NuOrder and the Google Sales Drive
- Create and maintain seasonal line sheets in NuOrder, product information decks and seasonal sell-in tools for sales reps and buyers
- Build out seasonal assets in NuOrder and the Google Sales Drive
- Partner with the Sales, Merch and Production teams to ensure accurate information is entered at the SKU level
- Maintain SMS ordering tools with Production while confirming arrivals, and coordinating shipping to sales agencies and distributors
- Build and maintain a sample tracker for each agency
- Support Sales team with post-show follow-ups and recaps
- Additional support to all internal teams as needed
- 1-3 years' experience in a wholesale, sales support, or customer service role within the apparel, footwear, or lifestyle category
Requirements
- Must be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 25-30 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Proficiency in order management systems (NetSuite, NuORDER or similar ERP/B2B platforms), and Microsoft Excel
Nice to have
- Interest in golf, fashion, or the Malbon brand is a strong plus
Compensation
- This is a full-time position with an expected salary range of $70-$75K.
- Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, and education / certifications.
