About the role

Build, mentor, lead, and develop multiple project teams and team members.
Lead and manage all aspects of a project including design constructability, design to budget, planning, scheduling, logistics, scope control, contract documents, cost control, etc.
Monitor all construction documents for appropriate construction details, completeness of information, potential design deficiencies, code violations, constructability, etc.
Partner with and inform Trade Partners to ensure project specific information is communicated as it relates to the status of the schedule and financials of the project including preconstruction.
Develop direct reports by monitoring performance, reviewing evaluations, varying assignments, mentoring, providing training, and promoting a positive project morale.

This individual will typically work on multiple projects simultaneously and must be able to work in a fast‐paced, multi‐task environment, balancing competing priorities and multiple project assignments.
