- This senior leadership role is ideal for a highly accomplished creative who excels at guiding teams, partnering with clients, and delivering innovative, high-impact work for premium brands.
- Serve as senior creative counsel to clients, leading presentations, strategic planning, and high-profile pitches.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth through creative leadership, thought partnership, and industry presence.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing creative team while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Partner with executive leadership on agency strategy, operations, and long-term growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive creative leadership experience within a brand or creative agency environment, ideally working with luxury, fashion, beauty, or cosmetic brands.
- Strong business acumen, including experience with client retention, new business development, and resource management.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to inspire clients and teams.
