About the role

  • Direct experience handling state-level parental leave, FMLA, or PFL paperwork, since supporting employees through leave is a core part of this role
  • A genuine people person: approachable, confident in front of employees, and mature and empathetic enough to handle sensitive leave conversations with care
  • You've worked across multiple countries (statutory leave knowledge across UK, AUS, and CA) and benefit structures

Responsibilities

  • Our People Operations team is the engine behind the employee experience here, making sure everyone, whether they're in the US, UK, Canada, or one of the markets we support through our EOR partner, feels genuinely taken care of from day one.
  • There's a lot to build here and I'm looking for someone who's genuinely employee-focused and wants to own and grow this as we scale over the next few years.

  • Experience working within an HRIS, Rippling preferred

Compensation

  • Lead the annual open enrollment process and build engaging education materials and presentations that drive higher benefits utilization across the company

  • This is a specialized People Operations Coordinator focused on benefits administration and leave management.
  • You'll have real room to shape how employees experience their total rewards, improve how our plans work across markets, and grow into a true subject-matter expert as the company scales globally.
  • Partner with Finance and payroll to scale proper use of our HRIS, run regular audits of benefits data for accuracy and compliance, and keep leave and enrollment data accurate across US and international payroll
  • Support the People Operations team in projects related to employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives, ensuring that benefits are integrated into overall people strategies.
