- Lead customer-facing service delivery projects across the full project lifecycle.
- Implement communication plans and provide project status updates, risk visibility, and resolution tracking.
- Interface with customers, engineering teams, sales, bid management, service delivery groups, partners, and finance teams to achieve project and business objectives.
- Application of network lifecycle activities including design, deployment, migration, and validation.
Compensation
- The salary range for this role, in the USA, is $79,900.00 -$!27,700.00 USD.
- Pay ranges at Ciena are designed to accommodate variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, reflecting our diverse products, industries, and lines of business.

- Non-Sales employees may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus, while Sales employees may be eligible for a sales commission.
