About the role
- The purpose of a Front Gate Associate will provide a constant security presence inside of the gatehouse and respond as necessary to the needs of the property.
- Front Gate Associate are responsible for ensuring that access is controlled, the HOA's rules are being followed and the property is well maintained.
- Front Gate Associates must at all times display a professional appearance and speak in a polite manner and clear tone, including answering telephones or addressing people who have approached the gatehouse.

- Maintain the appearance kiosk area by assuring it is organized and clean at all times; summon the janitorial or maintenance staff when needed.

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation
- Report any concerns to Management, Engineering or Janitorial as appropriate.
- Represent Action Property Management by greeting residents, guests, and other visitors at the gatehouse in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Be familiar with the parking structure.
- Answer phones and greet all residents and guests as they enter or exit the property.
- Maintain the appearance kiosk area by assuring it is organized and clean at all times; summon the janitorial or maintenance staff when needed.
- Note accurately any issues or information throughout the work shift in the Daily Activity Report; read the pass-on log and read any e-mails for information pertinent to Front Gate Associate; communicate effectively with co-workers to assure a smooth transition of shifts.

- Schedule:
- Wednesday through Sunday, 11pm-730am
