About the role
- Schedule & Flexibility This is a full-time, primarily in-person position aligned with program hours.

- Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, mentor, and evaluate the Program Team members
- Observe classrooms and community classes, providing coaching and feedback to staff
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and mission-driven culture
- Observe participants and identify proactive strategies to promote success
- Coordinate and facilitate Internal Safety Review meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed
- Analyze behavior trends and recommend program improvements
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, Medicaid requirements, and Colorado regulations
Compensation
- Serve as Wellspring's Certified CPI Instructor and coordinate staff certification and annual recertification
