About the role
- We are looking for a Business Architect to join our Business Consulting Practice.
- This is not a developer role, and it is not a pure platform expert role.
- It is a consulting role built on a Salesforce foundation.
Responsibilities
- Lead journey mapping, current-state / future-state walkthroughs, and stakeholder interviews
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through consistent follow-through and genuine curiosity about their business
- Partner with Technical Leads to hand off clean, well-documented functional specs. You own the what and why, they own the how
- Use AI tools to accelerate user stories, solution designs, and presentations - while keeping human judgment in the loop on what's right for the client
- Collaboration - working across stakeholders, teammates, and partners to drive value in every interaction
- Creativity - bringing fresh thinking to how we solve problems, work together, and deliver for clients
Requirements
- 5-8 years of Salesforce experience in a consulting, professional services, or SI environment with meaningful client-facing delivery
- Experience producing functional artifacts: user stories, process flows, meeting summaries, requirements docs
- For the top of the compensation band: enterprise-scale client experience and a demonstrated track record of solving complex, ambiguous business problems - not just configuring a known solution pattern
- Demonstrated experience running workshops, discovery sessions, or facilitated working sessions with business stakeholders. Ability to create visually appealing and compelling presentations and readouts
