About the role
- The Parts Room Clerk is responsible for maintaining spare parts inventory accuracy, receiving and issuing materials, processing inventory transactions in Oracle, supporting cycle count activities, and ensuring timely availability of maintenance materials.
- Receive purchased materials and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Process receiving transactions accurately in Oracle.
Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and transaction verification.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts room.
Requirements
- Deliver parts and materials to maintenance and operating departments as required.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Nice to have
- Forklift certified a plus
- Bilingual preferred.
