About the role

  • FleishmanHillard is seeking a dynamic Vice President to drive day-to-day program execution for major, high-profile premium consumer brands. This leader will manage integrated brand impact initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable results under tight timelines and at a fast pace. Working closely with senior account leadership, the VP will own program delivery, stakeholder communication, and execution excellence.
  • The ideal candidate is a seasoned program executor with experience in premium consumer segments (travel, dining, lifestyle, and/or personal finance), strong coordination and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-velocity, complex environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day program management and execution for major premium consumer brand clients, translating strategic direction into actionable deliverables.
  • Manage integrated communications programs that span earned media, influencer partnerships, content, social, experiential, and digital channels-working efficiently under tight timelines and shifting priorities.
  • Drive on-time, on-budget delivery of program milestones while maintaining quality standards and brand alignment.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and logistics to ensure seamless execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive Program Execution
  • Partner with influencer, strategy, content, paid, analytics, and creative teams to execute integrated programs.
  • Support team members with clear direction, remove blockers, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage Client & Stakeholder Communication

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in integrated communications program execution with understanding of premium consumer values and behaviors.
  • ability to synthesize complex information quickly.
  • Comfort with fast-paced environments and ability to stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
  • 10+ years of consumer brand experience in program management, account coordination, or execution roles at a leading PR or communications agency, with direct experience in travel, dining, lifestyle, and/or personal finance sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and deliver under tight timelines and high-pressure environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities without losing quality.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Strong command of cultural insights and consumer trends-particularly as it relates to premium segments and lifestyle categories.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Experience coordinating with agency partners and managing external resources.

  • The anticipated salary range for this Vice President position is $77,000– $175,000.
