Responsibilities
- Build rapport, offer expert sizing guidance, and grow long-term relationships through follow-ups as children grow into their next sizes.
- Partner with expecting and new parents to help them navigate baby essentials, including shoes and baby gear.
- Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction: Say Hello, Small Talk, Be Helpful & Sell, Fashion Authority, Follow-up.
