About the role
- This entry-level to early-career Marketing Coordinator position provides essential hands-on administrative and creative support to the COO.
- The role focuses on assisting with key marketing projects, including support for our social media content, community engagement, and general marketing operations.
- It is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate or candidate with 0-2 years of experience who is eager to launch or build a career in legal marketing and grow with the firm.
Responsibilities
- Growth Opportunity: · This position is designed to grow with the firm.
- We hold insurance companies and corporations accountable, offering full-service support from consultation to resolution-with no out-of-pocket expenses or legal fees.
- Assist with the outdoor advertising program by maintaining rotation schedules and tracking billboard placements across San Antonio; serve as a point of contact for vendors to deliver creative assets on time; review vendor invoices for accuracy against the budget; maintain detailed campaign records. ·
- Support social media management:
Requirements
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours daily) while working on a computer and reviewing financial and case records.
