Responsibilities

- Develop and lead the comprehensive marketing strategy for the Wealth Management business, driving business growth, channel diversification, and brand presence.
- Build, scale, and optimize efforts across distribution channels including existing and new.
- Build a marketing strategy for a new wealth management business inclusive of enablement and sales campaigns.
- Lead and develop a team of marketers responsible for core marketing functions including day-to-day execution.
- Oversee the creation of compelling, high‑quality marketing collateral across platforms to support client engagement, wholesaler enablement, and advisor productivity.

Compensation
- $132,420.00 - $217,545.00
- The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position.
- The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
- In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
