About the role

  • The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is also comfortable rolling up their sleeves and managing day-to-day marketing activities in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that support lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across Canada.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, email marketing, SEO, and website performance.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI)
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with a supportive leadership team and passionate cross-functional partners committed to your success.

Requirements

  • Experience using CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools
  • Understanding of the B2B customer journey and lead generation best practices.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business,Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing,preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Bilingual in English and French preferred.
  • Proven experience managing external marketing agencies and vendors while driving accountability to measurable outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including paid advertising, SEO, website optimization, email marketing, and social media.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools; Salesforce experience is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
