About the role

- Pay range: - Hourly $27.98 - $41.97 Responsible for identifying and recovering hospital underpayments from insurance payors, ensuring accurate reimbursement in alignment with contract terms.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with ability to disseminate information to a variety of users.
Requirements
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications, especially MS Excel© and MS Word© required.
- Prior experience with financial systems or contract management system preferred.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or Bachelors preferred

Compensation
- Tuition reimbursement up to $10,000 per year.

- Actively participates in payer meetings and calls to address payment discrepancies, drive resolution, and promote ongoing compliance with facility reimbursement requirements.
- Prefer advanced knowledge of insurance contracts, managed care and government reimbursement terms, and billing regulations.
- Minimum of two years related healthcare or insurance company experience required.
