Requirements

- bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- 5 years of relevant experience related to the job responsibilities described above.
- Working knowledge of codes, standards, laws, and regulations applicable to the project assignments described above.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or ability to obtain within one year.
- experience with AutoCAD and basic Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Word.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship by Barr, now or in the future.
- 10+ years of experience at a consulting engineering or industrial company.
- Knowledge of and experience with industrial manufacturing processes such as power plants, petroleum refining, mining, minerals processing, or chemical production.
- Knowledge and experience related to piping and instrumentation diagrams.

Compensation
- Anticipated range of $92,000-$115,000 annually.
- Compensation will vary based on relevant experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.
