About the role
- At J AN -P RO of Atlanta, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Consultant to work closely with business owners, helping them grow their businesses and increase profitability.
- In this role, you will be assigned existing accounts and customers who are already paying for your expertise.
Responsibilities
- Supports upsells and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts, including the sale of special services (deep cleans, floor work, add-ons)
- Actively listen to client needs and concerns, building trust and rapport.
Requirements
- Strong business acumen and the ability to apply concepts to different industries and situations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for helping people and driving positive change.
- Comfortable with technology and a willingness to stay current on productivity tools. Knowledge of MacBook and iPhone systems preferred.
- Competitive spirit and a drive to excel.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
- At least 1 year(s) of experience in business consulting, customer service, or a related role preferred
- Comfortable with technology and a willingness to stay current on productivity tools.
- Knowledge of MacBook and iPhone systems preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and experience using a CRM software is preferred.
