Lead the end-to-end implementation of Regrello's solutions and customization to meet client-specific requirements.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, technical environments, and strategic objectives, translating these into tailored implementation plans.
Scope solutions based on client requirements and develop timelines to deliver the scoped solution effectively, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
Facilitate discovery workshops, deliver training sessions, and configure solutions to align client stakeholders (executive, functional/technical, and operational) with Regrello's platform, ensuring seamless adoption and effective integration with client business processes.
Develop and maintain deep functional expertise in Regrello's solutions, including its AI/ML capabilities, to design and implement scalable solutions that optimize and automate client business processes.
Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to key stakeholders, clearly articulating the value proposition
Plan, execute, and manage Proof of Concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and value of our solution in a client's specific environment.
Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support, focusing on long-term client success.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business)
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to articulate the business value of technology solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent presentation skills, in particular through product demos.
Experience with data analytics, AI/ML concepts, and their application in a business context is a significant plus.
Some understanding of core supply chain processes, for example including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution is a plus.
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally for customer meetings.
