Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating and maintaining products
- Consistently creates optimal design adhering to architectural best practices; considers scalability, reliability and performance of systems/contexts affected when defining technical designs
- Performs analysis on failures, propose design changes, and encourage operational improvements
- Makes sound design/coding decisions keeping customer experience in the forefront
- Embraces emerging technology opportunities and contributes to the best practices in support of the bank's technology transformation
- Experience building and managing workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, including design, development, and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including client-side and server-side JavaScript and AngularJS.
- Proficiency in Service Portal development, including creation of portals, pages, and widgets, with custom logic using AngularJS.
- Strong experience with scripted platform components, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Ability to customize ServiceNow UI using UI Pages, UI Macros, and CMS, with front-end development experience in HTML and CSS.

Compensation
- $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
