Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating and maintaining products
  • Consistently creates optimal design adhering to architectural best practices; considers scalability, reliability and performance of systems/contexts affected when defining technical designs
  • Performs analysis on failures, propose design changes, and encourage operational improvements
  • Makes sound design/coding decisions keeping customer experience in the forefront
  • Embraces emerging technology opportunities and contributes to the best practices in support of the bank's technology transformation
  • Experience building and managing workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, including design, development, and implementation.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including client-side and server-side JavaScript and AngularJS.
  • Proficiency in Service Portal development, including creation of portals, pages, and widgets, with custom logic using AngularJS.
  • Strong experience with scripted platform components, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
  • Ability to customize ServiceNow UI using UI Pages, UI Macros, and CMS, with front-end development experience in HTML and CSS.

Compensation

  • $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
