- Lead implementation and deployment efforts across people, process, technology, and analytics to support standardized client operating models.
- Manage client relationships, respond to ad-hoc requests, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on key RCM initiatives.
- Coach client teams and RCM staff to improve operational performance, support change management, and strengthen workflow execution.
Compensation
- Requirements Bachelor's - Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree Experience Level Minimum of 2 years' experience For this US-based position, the base pay range is $48,131.00 - $81,225.49 per year.
