About the role

  • This position will work with staff and volunteers to expand Voces legal services, asylum services, citizenship clinics, labor rights services to immigrants and refugees in Milwaukee and across our statewide chapters.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Voces' network of pro bono attorneys and legal clinic partners
  • Supervise law students, paralegals, legal fellows, and support staff
  • Support impact litigation and strategic advocacy efforts aligned with Voces' mission
  • Collaborate across departments including communications, organizing, youth, and worker programs
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload and strict deadlines
  • Ability to present information effectively to community members, clients, media, and partners

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of immigration legal services experience required

Nice to have

  • Written and oral fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Immigration court experience strongly preferred

Compensation

  • $68,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience.
