- Actively train, mentor, and upskill team members, enabling broader adoption of AI/ML capabilities across delivery teams.
- Required Skills & Experience Strong hands on experience in AI/ML engineering, including model development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Solid proficiency in Python and/or modern frameworks (FastAPI/Flask), with experience exposing ML capabilities via APIs.
- Experience with monitoring, drift detection, and retraining automation.
