About the role

  • This position is primarily an office-based role (not remote) focused on coordinating and managing water well drilling projects from start to finish.
  • This role is critical to helping our drilling operations stay organized, efficient, and responsive to customer needs throughout Eastern Idaho, Western Wyoming, and Southern Montana.
  • Position Overview The Water Well Drilling Project Manager oversees the administrative and operational coordination of drilling projects throughout all phases of the job lifecycle.

  • Coordinate and manage water well drilling projects from scheduling through completion
  • Apply for and manage well permits, trip permits, and related regulatory requirements
