About the role

About Bathica Bathica is a division of EMCO Corporation and serves as a master distributor supporting EMCO's HVAC business across Canada.
Our team works behind the scenes to help ensure EMCO locations have access to the HVAC equipment, parts, and products they need to serve local contractors all across Canada.
Our warehouse and operations teammates play an important role in receiving, handling, organizing, and shipping products accurately and safely.

A focus on warehousing procedures, shipping and receiving, and counter support for customer transactions.

A focus on developing leadership competencies, supporting the team through coaching and mentoring, and setting vision and strategy.
College and/or University degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Excel is required.
Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity
Positive attitude and results oriented mindset
Desire to continuously learn and grow
Excellent customer service and organizational skill
Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
Experience with HVAC products (AC, heat pump, etc.) strongly preferred but not required.
