About the role
- Naughty Dog recently released The Last of Us Part II Remastered as well as a current generation remake of The Last of Us Part I for the PS5.
- We're also proud to say that The Last of Us Part I and Part II are now available for the first time on PC.
Responsibilities
- Create first pass edits based on director feedback from mocap dailies
- Work with Editorial Lead and Cinematic Supervisor to iterate on camera edits. Relay feedback to camera team as needed to facilitate rapid turnaround
- Deliver locked cinematics to animation. Process face orders, body adjustments, foley deliveries, and Localization handoff

Requirements
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United State for this position.

Skills
- Self-starter who's incredibly organized and detail oriented a must
- Needs to work well in a high-pressure environment as a member of a team
- Open to feedback and iteration in a collaborative environment
- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Premiere preferred
- Knowledge of various digital video codecs, file formats and encoding preferred
- Experience editing motion capture footage
- Post-production experience with live-action-either fiction or documentary
- Experience working at a game studio or vendor, AAA or otherwise

Compensation
- At SIE, working with our partners, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
- Please note that the individual base pay range may vary based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
- The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below, this is an hourly rate.
