About the role
- As a fixed term Bulk Plant Operator Helper, you will assist with labour intensive aspects of bulk plant operation.
- You will be assisting with manual labor components such as lifting, carrying, holding in place and retrieving/delivering items.
- By having a second person assist with jobs that are labour intensive, this increases efficiency and also provides a safer environment.
Requirements
- Your success will be gauged by your ability to complete assigned tasks and assist current operators with their daily duties.
- Various maintenance duties as required
Skills
- Basic mathematical skills are necessary
- Attention to detail is necessary
- Strong safety focus required
- Very physical work
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Previous experience with field helper is considered an asset
