Responsibilities

  • Provide chat-based support to patients going through difficult journeys
  • As the country's leading virtual neurology clinic, we provide an all-in-one longitudinal platform where cutting-edge technology meets specialized expertise to manage the entire spectrum of neurological diseases.
  • We offer patients seamless access to personalized care plans and expert care navigation, ensuring no one has to manage their journey alone.

  • We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds.
  • If located within a reasonable commuting distance to our NYC office, employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 2 days per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) for the full 8 hours of a typical business day.
