About the role

  • We are looking for a Client Service Specialist in McLean, VA to support the office's advisors and their clients, while also performing general administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive client service for the firm's clients and support for advisors.
  • Manage all tasks pertaining to the office environment including tracking/ordering supplies, organizing company documents, and maintaining office appearance
  • Provide real time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing calendar conflicts
  • Organize, scan and maintain all client paperwork

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree, at a minimum
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an RIA firm or financial services field
  • Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
  • Intermediate finance and custodian knowledge

Skills

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of planning strategies and solutions
  • Highly proficient in financial planning software and computer software, including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Actively engages as a team member
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Client first attitude
